Glaskedjan i Sverige AB
Previously, Glaskedjan manually handled incoming glass orders via email. A PDF was reviewed, and the information was entered into Excel for further follow-up. Upon order confirmation, the data was then manually entered into a business system.
This entire process has now been automated. When an email arrives, the PDF is read by a machine, and the data is automatically registered in SharePoint.
A check is conducted to confirm if a glazier is available at the specified address. The customer is then notified if the job can proceed.
Once the customer confirms, the order is forwarded to the business system, where costs are calculated, and invoicing is handled.
Automation has been built in Logic Apps within Azure Portal to receive data from the business system via REST, allowing reports to be created on outcomes, bottlenecks, etc.

As an M365 expert, I support decision-making to ensure that the right choices are made regarding upcoming changes in the environment.
Alongside my advisory role, I have undertaken various tasks, including:
- Automating the manual process for handling travel orders, from approval to order delivery to the travel agency.
- Developing an automated and controlled process for ordering new Teams, resulting in a comprehensive Teams list with details on all Teams.
- Conducting daily checks and updates on the Teams list to keep information current.
- Migrating large volumes of data from an older system called Datto, into SharePoint and Teams.
Stockholms Konstnärliga Högskola
A parallel English intranet will be created for the students.
The content already exists on the Swedish intranet, and to streamline copying pages to the new English sites, a PowerShell script was developed to automate this process efficiently. Without this script, pages would have needed to be manually created, with content copied over one page at a time.
Intrum
M365 will be used to create a new intranet.
Currently, SharePoint 2010 hosts both intranet content and collaboration spaces, but these will now be separated, with collaboration moving to Teams.
To simplify site setup, PnP (Patterns and Practices) is used to build and deploy site templates.
A custom theme has been created and published via PowerShell to align colors and other design elements with the company’s branding.
Oncopeptides
SharePoint has been chosen to create a new Intranet.
A new Intranet has been implemented, with customizations including PowerShell scripts to modify the search functionality and JSON code to adjust how list content is displayed.
The Intranet has been connected to Teams with Viva Desktop Connection to provide users with a seamless entry point to the Intranet from Teams.
To align with their brand profile, a theme has been created using the company’s colors for enhanced recognition.
Hovstaterna
Analysis of a scheduling system for the royal family’s official and unofficial activities is underway.
The application, currently built in SharePoint 2013 with third-party software support, will be migrated to M365 to leverage built-in functionality.
The new solution will utilize custom forms in Power Apps, automated workflows in Power Automate, an open-source solution from GitHub, and a third-party tool to manage auto-generated schema documents from Power Apps for printing.

IT-expert/Architect in M365. In this role, I serve as both a key member of a large project team and a coordinator of project efforts. Additionally, I support and enhance existing tools across the organization.
- SharePoint:
Acted as Collaboration Manager for SharePoint in Sweden, responsible for overseeing collaboration within the platform.
Served as the primary point of contact for SharePoint support when issues exceeded the service desk’s scope.
Led the planning, creation, and communication of information materials for the organization in preparation for migration to M365. - Microsoft 365:
Collaborated with the team to roll out M365 to all units within Telenor Sweden.
Contributed specialist knowledge in M365 to support project initiatives and development.
Developed training materials, conducted sessions, and inspired new users to maximize M365’s capabilities.
Coordinated with experts in other regions, including Norway, Denmark, and Pakistan, to align best practices.

Migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online/Office365. In connection with this, a new design was added to the intranet.
Hushållningssällskapet
HHS, consists of more than 20 different organizations, spread all over Sweden.
After an initial needs analysis, a site structure for HHS was created with a combined authorization- and information structure.
This also included building a site template for an Agreement Portal where agreements are color-coded when it is time to conduct a review. An email is also sent to the owner of the agreement when it is to be reviewed.
MTR Nordic AB
Migration and changes of existing applications/processes from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.
New processes were built to meet the business requirements, which also involved interviews with individuals involved in each respective area.
AB Trav och Galopp
Assisted the business as a solution architect in developing guidelines for the migration from SP2007 to SP2010, outlining the process and defining the structure of the new environment.
Additionally, new applications were created for the revamped intranet, utilizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality, data views, jQuery, and CSS.
